The processing time for orders is 3 to 5 days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible. You must report
the issue with your shipment by CONTACTING USand filling out the form along with your order number.
MY SHIPMENT WAS MISSING AN ITEM(S).
It is possible your shipment was split based on product availability and the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Please check your email which will include a list of products included in your shipment. You can also lot into your TRIBE ACCOUNT and check your order information as well.
WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY POLICY ON RETURNS?
Returning goods can take up to a maximum of
- 7 days for processing FOR ONLINE ONLY.
- 7 days for STORE ONLY.

The only way these items can be returned is if you received them and they were defective; we will need images as proof. ALL THOSE SALES ARE FINAL
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Online orders can be returned to stores.
- If you return an order online you MUST have the receipt and it must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you by e-mail.
- IN STORE: We will inspect the items in the store and make a decision if we should issue a store credit.
- Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected.
- As soon as we receive return in our warehouse, we will notify the customer by email. Please note that it takes a while to process the return. A store will follow within 3 working days after receiving the email
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5 business days of the delivery of your return.
Please note this increase of processing time is due to the volume of orders being received online. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to get our staffing and processing needs resolved. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
